Hi.
I'm Dr. Roeder. I've written this letter so you can get to
know us a little better before actually coming to our office.
Many patients want to know what they are going to experience
with chiropractic care, how much it will cost, how long it
will take, and what results they should look for. I'll try
to answer some of these questions and some others that you
may have.
How
much will it cost? Each office visit in The Chiropractic Care
Center is only $37. That fee includes all procedures. You
heard me right. All procedures. $37 per office visit covers
all x-rays, exams, therapies, and treatment on that day. There
are never any hidden charges. If you choose to purchase a
product in The Chiropractic Care Center that cost is separate,
but that is always your choice, and as I stated earlier, all
treatments, x-rays, exams, and therapies on that office visit
are included in the $37 fee.
When
you walk into our office, you can expect to fill out a registration
form that will let us know some things about your condition
so that we will be able to treat you more effectively and
customize your treatment plan to you. After you fill out your
registration form, I'll bring you back to the consultation
room and ask you a few questions about your condition so that
I can know exactly how long you have had your condition, how
it occurred, who you've seen for treatment before, if that
was successful, and if not, what we need to do differently
to get you back on your feet again and functioning properly.
More than likely, we will take x-rays of the area of concern.
We will also do an examination to further detect any problems.
We do not like to guess about your condition. We like to know
exactly what we will be treating, and what treatments you
will respond to the best.
Once
we have completed this process, we'll sit back down in the
consultation room and I'll go over my findings from the examination
and x-rays and I'll make some recommendations about your condition
regarding what kinds of treatments I believe you will respond
to. I want you to understand your condition, how, and why
we are treating you. This process, including the first treatment
all happens on the first office visit, and will generally
take 45 minutes to one hour. After your initial office visit,
you can expect to be in and out of our office for subsequent
visits in about 10 to 15 minutes.
Once
I have given you my recommendations for your care, the choice
is always up to you. The Chiropractic Care Center specializes
in corrective care. That means we want to find the cause of
your pain or discomfort and work toward eliminating it. After
we have restored your body to optimum function, we would like
to help you stay as healthy as possible. It is always your
choice whether or not to continue to benefit from chiropractic
care in the form of a maintenance schedule to prevent a relapse.
If you choose to discontinue care, that's your choice, and
that's okay. - We will be happy to help you in any way we
can.
I'm
Doctor Roeder with The Chiropractic Care Center, where care
is our middle name. I'll look forward to seeing you soon.
Sincerely,
Matthew R. Roeder, D.C.
